Donna has been teaching painting and drawing for twelve years. She teaches regular, ongoing classes at local Senior Centers, Community Eds, Parks & Rec’s, Libraries, the local Michael’s store and in her own home studio. Donna also travel teaches at conventions and seminars across the U.S. and Canada. She teaches various mediums including acrylics, colored pencil, oils, watercolor pencil and graphite.
Teaching others as they pursue their love of art is a passion of Donna’s. During the months of June-August she teaches two summer art camps a day to children 5 and up. During the months of September-June she enjoys working with adults of all ages.
Early in her career Donna juggles her large family and career with the support of her husband, Michael. They have now been married 30 years and their children are grown. Mike and Donna have been blessed with six grandchildren and counting!
A proud member of the Society of Decorative Painters, Donna has held a position on the Education Committee. Donna is excited to have has both articles and projects published in the Decorative Painter Magazine.
